I created RoomList as a way for me to give back to the student community that gave me such an amazing experience during my exchange in 2020. The idea originated when I heard a story about a friend getting scammed in a fb group and arriving in Lisbon to discover he had no place to stay. Honestly, it should be way simpler and safer to find a place to stay for short term stays, especially since there are so many students who are paying for rent that they might not use the whole time!
This site is my attempt at answering “how can we create a safe and easy place for students to connect to sublet/rent accomodation to each other?”
